Client Service Agreement
This document (“Agreement”) explains the relationship between you (the “Client”), and Small Wonder Food. When attending events, purchasing services or soliciting advice from Small Wonder Food, Client acknowledges that you have fully read, understood, and agree to the following terms and conditions. Please seek clarification on anything in this Agreement that is not fully understood.
DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES
The purpose of Small Wonder Food is to provide information and guidance for the Client to expand your know-how and ability to lead a nutrition-focused lifestyle and be food literate from seed to body. Small Wonder Food strives to provide the following (“Services”):
Undo common misconceptions about nutrition.
Reveal new avenues to perceive health.
Assist you in developing new strategies for health and wellness.
Food preparation and nutrition consulting
Specific services, topics of discussion and the length of each engagement will be limited to the scope defined in the program or service description which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. Each personal session is highly customized to the Client’s needs, goals and limitations.
Client should expect to fully engage in a significant behavior and lifestyle change, which will touch upon many areas of life and will likely present some level of emotional, mental and physical challenges. Small Wonder Food will provide awareness, encouragement, and motivation, but Small Wonder Food will maintain a professional relationship with Client and honor the agreed upon scope of service.
Small Wonder Food does not make decisions for Client, but Small Wonder Food acts as a guide that offers information and support. Ultimately, the Client is the decision-maker and your success is greatly determined by your attitude and hard work.
Although we discuss in length the science behind nutrition, Small Wonder Food does not employ a licensed medical practitioner or registered dietician. Small Wonder Food does not provide medical advice. Services do not involve the diagnosis or treatment of disease. Small Wonder Food’s advice and opinions are not intended to replace of any form of diagnosis, treatment or therapy from a licensed medical practitioner.
CONFIDENTIALITY
All information gathered from Client, including name, contact information, and medical history, are secured and confidential. Any views expressed by Client to Small Wonder Food will be held with the utmost confidentiality. Information will only be released with the consent of Client unless said information may potentially be injurious to a third party, or compelled by court order.
PAYMENT
Payment is due at time of service. Prices as of October 2017 are as follows:
Intake appointment: (up to 90 minutes) $140
Follow up appointments (30 minutes) $40 (60 minutes) $75
Private Culinary Health Education Lessons $65/hour + food expenses (may include 2 individuals regularly sharing meals)
Grocery Store Tours $60/hour (may include 2 individuals regularly sharing meals)
CANCELLATION and TERMINATION
Cancellation is required to take place at least 24 hours in advance of the purchased service to receive a full refund. For Group Programs, you may be refunded half of your registration fee following the first session. Exceptional circumstances will be taken into consideration.
In the event Small Wonder Food cancels, payments will be refunded in full or the date will be rescheduled. Small Wonder Food holds the right to terminate a contract with any Client that violates this Agreement.

The Small Wonder Food website, its content, and all other promotional materials, in addition to all materials given directly to Client/Students, are a creation of Small Wonder Food and copyrighted by © Small Wonder Food. 2017. All rights reserved.
The Small Wonder Food website or any portion of the website, including content and design, may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without the express written consent of Small Wonder Food. Nor may any party transmit or store the material in any other website or other form of electronic retrieval system.
The reproduction or redistribution of part or all of the website content is prohibited other than in the following circumstances:
You may print or download to a local hard disk website extracts for your personal and non-commercial use only.
You may copy the website content to individual third parties for their personal use, but only if you acknowledge Small Wonder Food as the source of the material.
Any proprietary materials given directly to Client from Small Wonder Food (e.g., handouts, guides, worksheets, etc.) may not be distributed to third parties without Small Wonder Food’s advance written permission.
WAIVER
The advice offered by Small Wonder Food requires that the Client engage in a life change, which may present him/her with emotional distress. However, the more the Client is committed to change, the more beneficial, satisfying, and comfortable the experience will be.
As mentioned in the Description of Services, Small Wonder Food does not provide any medical advice or, make any health claims or guarantee a specific outcome. Rather, Small Wonder Food gives information and advice that is based on the research and conclusions of various experts. Small Wonder Food does not offer any guarantee of success or definitive changed behavior. Client agrees to accept full responsibility for decisions and agrees to indemnify and hold Small Wonder Food harmless for any complications, injuries, damages or other loss incurred by Client based on the provision of Services.
It is the personal responsibility of the Client to ensure that any products, services or information available through Small Wonder Food, its website, or Services meet your specific requirements. As such, we strongly advise you consult with your medical doctor before any significant dietary or lifestyle adjustments.
Small Wonder Food may offer food to its Client/Students. Small Wonder Food is not responsible for any resulting sickness or ailment from consuming these foods. Client fully acknowledges and accepts the risks associated with consuming raw or undercooked animal products.
We endeavor to maintain the utmost accuracy in all communications; however, we cannot guarantee that our website content, written materials, teachings or advice are absolutely exact, up-to-date, free of error or suitable to your purposes. Any statement or recommendation from Small Wonder Food shall be viewed as an expert suggestion and in no way an expressed or implied diagnosis, prescription, or guarantee. We expressly exclude liability for any inaccuracy or misinterpretation. All warranties are expressly disclaimed by Small Wonder Food related to the Services.
The Small Wonder Food website includes links to other websites of interest as additional sources of information. These websites are not under Small Wonder Food’s control, Small Wonder Food cannot take responsibility for their content, nature, or availability of use. The inclusion of any links does not imply a recommendation or an endorsement of the views expressed within.
