A new year has most of us thinking about how we can improve the year to come. This time around, we are starting a new decade. In honor of this, I am assembling a list of resources to help you grow mentally, physically, and spiritually with food.

I recently had a client tell me that until our work together, she had never considered food and health.  For the past 14 years, food and health have been synonymous for me and her comment was a great reminder that it isn’t for everyone. For those of us that do equate the two, we need to look past health as the only outcome of enjoying quality, nutrient-dense food. Food is more than health and more than flavor.  Whether or not your goal is to improve your health with food, I have rounded up a group of resources to spark ideas, grow your food literacy, and look at food in a new way.

Blog Posts:

  1. The 2020 Make It Count Challenge
